A Message From Friends at Gods Of Ink:
Hi everyone, first of all may I thank you for taking a look at this page.
You may have heard of Sophie - the 'goth' girl who was beaten up along with her boyfriend Rob in a park in Bacup by a group of teenage lads because of the way they looked, unfortunately Sophie died in hospital. Piercings and tattoos played a big part in sophies life which is why we are holding a charity 'goth' day at our tattoo and piercing studio in Cheadle Hulme.
We are going to donate £5 from every tattoo and £2 from every piercing that is done on the day to the S.O.P.H.I.E fund, we will give discounts to anyone who comes that are wearing the charity wristbands, these will be available shortly from the studio and also on the day, the are £1 each and all proceeds will go to the S.O.P.H.I.E fund.
On the day a rock band called Dear Superstar will be playing a live acoustic set, they are also playing a gig in memory of Sophie in Bacup. The drummer of the band is one of our resident tattoo artists, . We will also be holding a raffle and there will be food and drink.
The day starts at 12 noon - 10pm. 17th may 08
